What information is included in the User Profile, and why should I provide it?
The User Profile can include your first name, last name, date of birth, gender, contact details, address, and Personal Health Number (PHN).
Filling out these fields is optional, but it adds convenience. When your information is saved in Navigator, it will automatically populate when you book appointments or respond to questionnaires through Widgets—saving you from entering it manually each time.
